This suggests that there were at least two versions of the talk given - the article states that the first talk was given in 1959, but it doesn't say where, and to whom. This information should be in the lead paragraph, IMO. TheMadBaron 18:53, 3 June 2006 (UTC)

The original talk "There's Plenty of Room at the Bottom" was presented on occasion of the anual APS Winter Meeting of the West on the 29th December 1959 as an after-dinner speech. Feynman was invited speaker for this informal adress to the attendants of the conference dinner at CalTech's "Athaneum". The audio tape, from which the transscript in CalTech's journal "Engineering&Science" originated, has been lost over the years.
