Oh, really? Does the person who wrote this paragraph have any evidence to support this claim, or is this a point-of-view statement? I, for one, happen to like Theodore Long, first of all... and if there are reasons why RAW fans don't watch SmackDown, I'd blame Mark Henry and The Great Khali before I'd start pointing fingers at Theodore Long. ekedolphin 05:45, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

I edited out the sentences about the MITB winner being able to challenge either the Raw or Smackdown champion and the sentence about Kane. These sentences have to do with the MITB and Smackdown in general, not Long. Mr. Papaya 13:29, 13

Are these quotes really necessary? They don't seem to be anything special or profound, they just emphasize his frequent use of holla and playa, which could easily be noted elsewhere. DrWarpMind 17:39, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

Actually, it is against the WP:PW style guides to even include quotes on pages for wrestlers. However, if someone wants to, they can always create a WikiQuote for Long and add quotes to their heart's content. Nikki311 06:03, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

Teddy is in a coma according to WWE Chairman V.K.M. so where's the page on that? He has been hit by a Car on TV where's that? The man has a history of heart disease so where's that? Lets just hope he wake's up from a coma! If my Medical Experance is correct then he is not likely to wake up from the coma he's in! To be in a coma for this long w/ NO response is bad! No, what I'm saying is that the events are worked, and storylines are scripted. Wrestlers train to be able to perform moves on the offense and defense. Also, a wrestling ring is made with a large coil spring underneath the stage to reduce the impact of a wrestler landing on it. This seems to have gone off on a tangent and is becoming forum talk. Getting to the original point, Long did not really suffer a heart attack. It is explained in the article, written in an "out of universe" tone. - Deep Shadow 17:22, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

However, everything in wrestling is NOT scripted. they do predetermine the winner but, there are many events during the match that are NOT predetermined. i.e. The Mick Foley/Undertaker HIAC match where Mick Foley fell through the top of the cage.
