Talk:The World's Finest
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The overall article is written poorly, and as a matter of fact, I had no idea what the fuck I was reading about. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.122.215.112 (talk)

[edit] Notability still questionable
In order to satisfy WP:N, could the guy who's putting all the stuff up here please give some references showing that ANYONE ELSE IN THE WORLD has noted the existence of the website? --Alvestrand 11:56, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
- The World's Finest site is indeed notable, as it has had many many interviews with the people involved in the creation of the various shows the site covers. Which means that it is at least recognized as a reputable source within the industry. I will however say this... most of this article is pointless. It's talking about the animated series and not the actual website. And even more than that, there are already various pages all over wikipedia that cover the various series that this article mentions. Bottom line: the article itself should stay, but it needs a MASSIVE overhaul. --156.34.83.120 18:11, 16 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] slightly altered
The page has been slightly altered in order to maintain it until it's 100% updated with fixed grammar, etc. It'll be ready in no time for the wiki-vandals to destroy. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 198.164.43.51 (talk) 17:38, 16 May 2007 (UTC).
- 198.164.43.51, please refrain from adding that the World's Finest coined the term DCAU to the DCAU page. Perhaps it's true, perhaps it's not, but you haven't cited any sources. For more information please read WP:CITE. And since you use a static IP we can't track you down on your own talk page, so hopefully you'll see the message here instead. --156.34.83.120 18:19, 16 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] re: slightly altered
Will do. I will find the source for that information soon. I just assumed everybody already knew that fact. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 198.164.43.51 (talk) 18:31, 16 May 2007 (UTC).
[edit] Wiki entry
This page will get properly updated. I was informed of this recently and have been doing some edits here and there to get the groove of working on a wiki. With any luck this entry will look respectable if Wiki decides to keep it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by WF James Harvey (talk • contribs) 18:37, 16 May 2007 (UTC).
[edit] Made more changes
I fixed some grammar and spelling, took away the claim that the site coined the term DCAU since that had been complained about, and made the article more appropriate for Wikipedia, but it probably needs more work. 82.18.21.52 10:54, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] re: Made more changes
Added proof that the site first officially coined the "DCAU" term. Jim says he plans to really work on this Wiki in the next week or two.
