[edit] Tidy up

I've done a quick run through and tidied it up as well as adding links and categories. It is notable (as the links should prove) but I'd like to see it expanded quite a bit to look at the history, background and panic it caused. (Emperor 00:31, 30 April 2007 (UTC))
