[edit] Problems in intro

I know nothing about this band, I just happened across it while browsing Category:Oregon musical groups. That said, the intro seems to contradict itself with "Original guitarist Ben Barnett (...) left shortly after More Parts per Million was released in 2003, reverting guitar duties back to Hutch". Which is it? Was Ben Barnett the original guitarist or was Hutch? If it was Ben then it follows that guitar duties did not "revert" to anyone.

The quotation from WW probably should be cited too. --Zytsef 06:31, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

Pitchfork Media published that the two remaining members, Hutch Harris and Kathy Foster are currently nottoo invested in finding a replacement drummer. They are now performing under their former name, Hutch and Kathy, for the Portland State's KPSU radio benefit. They will be performing all new songs, some of which may reportedly be on the next Thermals album, indicating that The Thermals is still together and that their performance under Hutch and Kathy does not indicate a break-up.
