[edit] Songs

Can we get some sources for the songs? I don't know for sure that "Something That I'm Not" was about Lars, it could be about David Ellefson... or anyone else...

I removed the references to DM stealing songs from a "Kris Anderson". I am not even sure who this person is, but a Google search pulls up three webpages total with his name in conjunction with Megath, some of which have to do with a metal band called "The Reckoning" that cites Megadeth as one of their influences. Without a better source, I've removed this potential libel. -- nae'blis
This song could indeed be about anyone. But it is not about Lars Ulrich, or Dave Ellefson. --Slanderson 21:14, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
I attended Megadeth's gig in Washington, D.C. in November 2004 where Dave explicitly stated that the song 'Something That I'm Not' is about Lars Ulrich.

[edit] Blackmail the universe

Most of the lyrics on this song (especially since the first break), are taken mostly from the movie "Thirteen Days" with Kevin Costner.

[edit] Editted Cover?

Anybody have any information on why an editted cover was released? I saw it once at Border's (Or was it Barnes And Noble...) but never saw anything about it on the Megadeth web site.

- The edited cover was released for sale on military installations. They felt it would be disrespectful or something along those lines to keep the original cover. I made a post about it on the official forums wondering the same question when it came out and Megadave, the site admin, explained why.

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Thesystemhasfailededit.jpg

Image:Thesystemhasfailededit.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Of Mice and Men

Removed link to the book. I'm pretty sure they have nothing in common except for the name, am I wrong? -(BrutusCirrus 22:03, 1 December 2007 (UTC))
