What on earth is the first one of the trivias supposed to mean? he was voiced by thomas jane, he was voiced by someone else?

Through e-mail correspondence with Volition (I don't have the e-mails anymore) it was clearly expressed to me that the original voice heard in trailers and demos was actually the game's sound designer.
