This mightn`t be the right site to ask questions, but: What is the concept/ thought behind the hobo in the movie? He seems to symbolise something, but I for some reason can't quite figure What it is... and ideas?

  • It refers to human's reactions to representations of things that appear human, but aren't. I'm assuming the anon. user is referring to the photorealism of the characters in the movie. Of course, if any mention of the Uncanny Valley appears in the article, it would have to be sourced. (My husband works for a video game company, and I'm faintly disturbed that I knew what the Uncanny Valley was without having to look it up.) Joyous | Talk 14:27, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
