Maintenance Please add more information about the cast and the crew, discussing the "behind the scenes" aspects of the production process, and giving insights into the casting and staffing where possible. See also Wikipedia:WikiProject Films/Style guidelines for more advice.

[edit] Devo 2.0

On a recent CD compilation, Disneymania Volume 4, Devo 2.0 did a song called "Monkey's Uncle". I had never heard the song before, and I've been told that all the Disneymania compilations consist of modern pop artists redoing songs from Disney movies. Logically, that leads me to think that it's a cover of the title song from this movie, however that is an assumption and I don't want to add it to the article without further evidence. Would someone who knows how to research such things like to take the initiative and update the article? It might also be helpful to add a mention of it to the Devo 2.0 article as well, since it currently only has the self-titled album listed. - Ugliness Man 14:15, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

Nearly a year later, but I finally heard the original song, as a friend of mine loaned me a "Classic Disney Songs" collection. The Devo 2.0 song is indeed the same song, but in a much different style. I'm not sure, however, if it would be worthwhile to mention it in the article, since the article is about the movie. If anyone else wants to figure out a way to make it a worthwhile addition, have at it, but I think I'll just leave it alone for now (although I will likely edit the Devo 2.0 article). - Ugliness Man 01:36, 23 May 2007 (UTC)
