I think that while this article overlaps with Mike Malloy quite a bit, it also contains new and fairly helpful information such as the affiliate table. If these items are acceptable in a biography article, a merge would probably be a good idea, but otherwise I think the articles should stay separate. Could you clarify the rules for a Wikipedia biography? Pumpkin Pi 19:56, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
After 7 months, there's no further action on the merge proposal. There appears to be no consensus to merge, and nobody actively pursuing it. If someone wants to reopen the discussion, fine. But I'm removing the merge proposal banner for now. Ipoellet (talk) 21:32, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

Is he notable for anything other than the radio show? Nothing currently in the Mike Malloy article suggests that he is. So if all he is known for is being the host of the radio show — that is, if his notability derives from its — there should be only one article that covers both. (An old comment at his article's talk page says that WP policy gives talk show hosts two articles, one for themself and one for their show. Is that right?
