"The Manticore's secret is a spellbinding sequel to The Simoqin Prophecies. Once again Samit Basu creates a mesmeric landscape bursting with weird and wonderful characters and a gripping narrative that's complex, playful sometimes sombre but always dazzlingly inventive."? That sounds like an advertisement to me.--69.133.159.228 05:03, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
Sorry that was from the cover of the book. I have edited it out. -$@ur@BH-- 18:23, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
The last paragraph is unsuitable for an encyclopedia. It has the form of a testimony, strengthened especially by the line - "....which is perhaps his only display of prejudice; I say this because there is no ambiguity in his criticism, unlike the other issues which are left for us, the readers, to decide."
Hence the edit.
