[edit] NPOV Violation Needs Clean Up

The section that reads:

"The dusky featured man dominates the woman, holding her face to bestow the kiss. The woman with a lighter complexion kneels beneath the man, resignedly clutching his neck and hand."

is very POV, with little basis on which to make such assertions regarding the psychodynamics of the composition. If the writer means that the "image" of the man is the predominant figure in the composition, then that is what should be said. But even that is a debatable point. And where did the phrase "resignedly" come from? There are a lot of symbolic or emotional interpretations that might apply to this painting, but they don't belong in a physical description of the work. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.130.204.82 (talk) 20:19, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
