[edit] Errors

The following appeared in the errors section of this article, before I deleted it:

Albert tells Cassandra about his war days and how he crashed into a German boat, which later turns out that Sid was aboard it. However in Hole in One, during the court case, the judge says that Albert spent the best part of the war on the Isle of Wight. And in If They Could See Us Now, Rodney and Del are sorry that they didn't take Albert on holiday with them, but then say he never owned a passport.

This is erroneous due to the general view that Albert is making up the majority of his war stories - by his own admission in To Hull and Back he was a boiler maintenance man. Therefore the judge is likely accurate, a passport non essential, and the story Albert tells Cassandra a falsehood.

  • I discovered this exact entry had been readded. I've deleted it again per the same reasoning as before. Before this is readded, please provide justification to me, either here or on my talk page, as to how my reasoning is wrong. Thanks. Caissa's DeathAngel 23:06, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Page edited as follows: Albert described himself as "Executive Lookout" not "Chief of Security" Sentence "Del makes a deal with Eddie; he will buy some tickets from Eddie at a cut price, but guaranteeing a large amount of guests at his club." changed to "Del makes a deal with Eddie; he will take some complementary tickets from Eddie, but guaranteeing a large amount of guests at his club paying at the door." Corrected spelling of "The Great Raimondo" (now "The Great Raymondo"). Other minor spelling corrections. BigFatKnowAll 09:51, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

I have removed this: "When Del and Rodney discuss Del's fish stall business with Jumbo Mills, Del mentions Man from Atlantis which came out long after Jumbo emigrated to Australia". This is part of the gag when Del explaining all the fish related items on tv which closed down his jellied eels stall like Flipper and Michael Fish. but he was clearly joking as he said at the end of the scene it was a visit from the health and safety which actually closed them down.86.137.167.37 10:58, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
