The note about the Utrecht Café is nonsense. While there is a café in Utrecht called "België", the song is actually about the country (Belgium). The lyrics even refer to the soft Belgian accent, not to mention several other countries where the singer does NOT want to live (He's debating moving to Belgium in the song)
