This article looks like an "inside job" as though it is the EOCC's own promotional material. In fact looking at the history all the writing is done by one ArchbishopFrancis, presumably the same +Francis Sahuque who is head of the EOCC according to this article. This is far from a notable independent catholic jurisdiction, would someone recommend a VfD?

I could not find a website for this organization (EVOCC). All what there is the Reformed Catholic website linked to this article, which does not have any information about the organization's size or membership.
