[edit] New Warner Home Video DVD
So, various sources and sites are reporting that Warner Home Video is working on putting out a *DVD* of The Devils possibly WITH A PRISTINE PRE-CENSORED PRINT! Here are the links I've found:
http://www.hometheaterforum.com/htforum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=230295 - an on-line interview with Warner Home Video reporting that they are working on it (no release date).
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/6300268918/qid=1131967373/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_1/102-7080646-4440919?v=glance&s=video&n=507846 - obviously, not very reputable (not good for inclusion here), but the user comment "Burn, Warner Home Video! Burn!, March 26, 2005 Reviewer: newmanmonster999 "newmanmonster999" (Berkeley, CA United States)" states that a pristine print has been found.
However, Warner Home Video has a poor reputation for releasing contreversial re-issues, especially if they are NC-17 (let alone not rated or "X"). But, I thought I'd share the rumors mixed with news here ;). I'd love to find more authoritative links. --NightMonkey 11:28, 14 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Deleted POV
The deleted material reads like someone's school paper or IMDB comment, with almost every sentence an unsupported assertion. Wikipedia is not a place for film criticism and opinionating. —J M Rice 16:45, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Devilsrussell.jpg
Image:Devilsrussell.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
