Just a note: This article is a waste of time and the article on Essenes contain contradictory information. This article claims the Essenes were first century (apparently AD), the article on Essenes claims 2nd Century BC Khoros 18:21, 20 June 2006 (UTC)
I just deleted the category Pseudohistory from the article. Who is the authority that states that this is so? To me it seems POV pushing, though I disagree with the hypothesis, I am not sure that we can call it categorically false. --Storm Rider (talk) 21:18, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
