There is no indication where this project exists, although one of the founders is noted to be American in her article. Even so, is this national or a state project, or even more focused? Some info on where the head office is, when it was set up, what its current status is may all prove useful. LessHeard vanU (talk) 23:14, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
