[edit] Copy Control

does anyone know if this has copy control on it? I bought it a few weeks ago, and Disc 1 won't play or rip on my PC and it sounds distorted and scratchy in a cd player, whereas the other discs are fine. Replaced it today and its still refusing to do anything.
