[edit] History

The current history states that the Bridgeburners Ascended due to Ganoes Paran's blessing. I was under the impression that their ascendence was due to Kimlock's Song, given to Fiddler? Kerdajan (talk) 02:23, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

That's what I thought too. But I think it is a combination of the two. Because at the end of MoI, Paran says a offhand blessing to the Bridgeburners in Moon's Spawn. What do you think? Krmarshall (talk) 06:24, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
I see what you mean, I guess I was basing my thoughts on the events in HoC and at Malaz in BH - I completely missed the blessing Paran gave. Kerdajan (talk) 15:26, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
Unfortunately without an explicit discussion within the books or by Erikson, it's kinda WP:OR to say why they ascended given our confusion. It might be best to say that the BB ascended without specifying why (or say 'possibly due to x or y'). WLU (talk) 16:24, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
