Unifying protocol Today, September 9-th 1944, in Sofia the represantives of the temporal boards of the clubs AS-23, Spartak & Shipka-Pobeda, inspired from a wish for making condutions for real mass people sport and for building of one powerful universal sport organization, capable of implement the new ideas of Central Sport Council, unanimously decide on joined meeting:

THE TREE ABOVE-MENTIONED CLUBS ARE UNITE IN ONE CLUB UNDER GLORIOUS NAME "CHAVDAR", SIMBOL OF NATIONAL STRUGGLE FOR FREEDOM.

For temporal board of the newly united club "Chavdar" were submited and approved: 1/. From AS-23: general-major Vladimir Stoychev, Vladimir Dimitrov, Lyuben Doychev, Asen Neykov, Ivan Batev, Jaque Benbasat, Simo Simov 2/.
