The screenshot is used to represent a well known and significant part and character of the game namely The Pain, a mercenary that Naked Snake faces in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game. Minimal size and quality. Improves article.
The image does not limit Konami's ability to sell the game.
