1. The image is a low-resolution reproduction of the original Poster;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes showing current band members;
3. No more free alternative exists ( I have contacted the band for a free image, and am waiting for a response);
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on The Town Pants commercial use of the image in question.
