1. The image is a low-resolution reproduction of an album cover;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the audio play, Doctor Who and the Pescatons, related to the television program Doctor Who;
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on Argo Records commercial use of the image in question.
