Though the picture is subject to copyright I (David A) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• It is composed of a low resolution poster scan;
• It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the original comicbook or any adaptations thereof in any way;
• The image is only being used for informational purposes;
• It illustrates characters of the comicbook series in question and aids in commentary on the plot.
