Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel it is covered by United States fair use laws because:

1. It illustrates a book cover for an article (The Last Voyage of Columbus)
2. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
3. The use of the cover will not affect the value of the original work, nor will it limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original.
4. It is a low resolution image, thus not violating Wikipedia's fair use policy or copyright law
