Though the picture is copyright © to the BBC, I Wolf of Fenric (talk) 17:48, 30 March 2008 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a cropped, low-resolution copy of a screenshot;
2. The image is being used to identify the character Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart as seen in Part Three of the serial Invasion of the Dinosaurs;
3. No free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
