Hi Conrad,

Nice job and very nice of you to contact us. You're entirely welcome to use
this material. All the material I have is posted on the small comets web
site I did from Dr. Frank ... (personal information redacted).

The book was later reprinted as an Avon paperback in 1991, ISBN 0380716054.
I prepared an update to the book for Dr. Frank in 1998, ... (future edition
publication comment redacted) ..., which included the breakthrough material
Frank released in 1997 and the subsequent controversy.

If I can be of additional help, let me know, ... (personal information on
