Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Peregrinefisher) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution still of a film;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way;
• it illustrates the film in question and aids commentary on the plot outline.
• this image was chosen because it shows Fay Wray and Frederick March, the two stars.
