that's PRD is an English-language magazine published in Guangzhou and Shenzhen in the Pearl River Delta, Southern China.
It was created in 1997 under the name Clueless in Guangzhou, then that's Guangzhou, that's PRD. PRD stands for "Pearl River Delta".
With a range of lifestyle and listings information, the monthly that's magazines are now the biggest English magazines in Shanghai and Beijing[citation needed].
