I went back to the version with the section about Pineapple fried rice. My reasoning is this: although we can agree that there are literally countless variations on the recipe, pineapple fried rice is big enough of a variation that I think it deserves its own section. In Thailand, if you ever have traveled there, fried rice and pineapple fried rice will be listed as two totally separate dishes; it isn't really like "fried rice with pineapple," it's "pineapple fried rice."
