Spur 364 is a two-lane highway between State Highway 31 and Loop 323[1]. It is approximately four miles in length.
The route's eastern terminus is at Loop 323 in Tyler, Texas and extends into unincorporated Smith County, Texas. It serves as a reliever route for commuters and trucks going to and from the Goodyear tire manufacturing plant, which is located at its western terminus with State Highway 31.
