State Highway 154 or SH 154 is a state highway that runs from Cooper to Marshall in northeast Texas. The route was designated originally by 1933 between Cooper and Quitman, with a proposed extension west to Ladonia. By 1939, this extension was cancelled, and was instead extended southeast from Quitman to Marshall along its current route. This extension replaced SH 155.
