Tevfik Rüştü Aras

Tevfik Rüştü Aras (1883-1972) was a Turkish politician, deputy and foreign minister of Turkey during the Atatürk era (1920-1939). He was one of the founders of Communist Party of Turkey.
He served as the president of League of Nations in 1937.
