Teuscher is a Swiss chocolatier, headquartered in Zurich, with a store on Bahnhoffstrasse and its flagship a few blocks away in the old city centre in a shop built in 1647. Founded just before WWII by Adolf Teuscher (known as Dolf since WWII), Teuscher, is now run by Dolf's son, Dolf Jr. Rudolf Rubio, his nephew, is the small family company's CFO. The company maintains a small number of branch shops around the world in cities including Toronto, Beverly Hills, Tokyo, Portland (Oregon), New York and Houston, manufactures over 100 varieties of confections. Its signature piece is the Champagne truffle.
