Tetulia (Bengali: তেতুলিয়া) is an Upazila of Panchagarh District in the Division of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

Tetulia is located at . It has 16346 units of house hold and total area 189.12 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Tetulia has a population of 86760. Males constitute are 51.52% of the population, and females 48.48%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 42021. Tetulia has an average literacy rate of 25.5% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]

Tetulia has great hospitality for tourists. It has a DAK BANGLO situated on the bank of river 'Mohananda' facing Darjiling, a charming ice city of India. Tetulia has so much probability for cultivation of tea, orange and pine apple. Tea of tetulia has same quality like tea of Darjiling. A group name Kazi & Kazi has already introduced tea planting.
