You are very right about that the article is an ill hidden commercial. It does contain some interesting aspects - though - about test management - and on test metrics specifically. The hole presentation is not really in the encyclopedic form - so I would say it should be removed or improved to a more generic form (80.196.187.13 (talk) 16:10, 27 April 2008 (UTC))
