Terry L. Fields (born April 18, 1959) in Jacksonville, Florida.
Fields is a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida. He received his Bachelors degree from the Florida A & M University in 1981. In addition, he did graduate studies at Florida State University. It should also be noted he lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his family.
