Terri Ann Wintermute

Terri Ann Wintermute is the Republican candidate for Illinois State Senate in the 42nd District, challenging incumbent Democrat Linda Holmes. Wintermute was the Republican nominee for Senate in 2006 but narrowly lost to Holmes.
Wintermute is currently a member of the Will County Board where she has served since 1997. She currently chairs Will County’s Land Use and Zoning Committee and also serves on Will County’s Executive Committee. Wintermute served as Will County’s representative to the Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission from 1998 to 2002.
Witermute has previously served as the Village of Bolingbrook's Mayor's Assistant for Economic Development, legislative assistant to State Representative Jim Meyer, and served for 4 years as a township clerk. [1]
