Terence 'Sambo' McNaughton (born 1964 in Cushendall, County Antrim) is an Irish hurling manager and former player, currently embarking on his second season as joint-manager of the Antrim senior inter-county team. He played hurling with his local club Ruarí Óg and with the Antrim senior inter-county in the 1980s and 1990s. It was during this period that Terence won an All Star award in 1991 for his county level playing. He was a member of the last Antrim Hurling Team to play in an All Ireland final, playing (and losing) to Tipperary in 1989. McNaughton is regarded as one of Antrim's greatest-ever players.[citation needed]
