Template:Terrorism?

 WikiProject Terrorism wants to know if the group or member of a group described in this article can be reasonably described as terrorist. WikiProject Terrorism defines an entity as "terrorist" if it fulfills the following criteria:
  1. perpetrates any act which is intended to cause death or serious bodily harm to civilians and non-combatants with the purpose of intimidating a population or compelling a government or an international organization to do or abstain from doing any act.
  2. is employed by a group whose chances of conventional military victory in achieving its objective is negligible.
  3. any act which qualifies as the "peactime equivalent of a war crime"
