I'd really like to see a good citation for the assertion about de novo tertiary structure prediction being feasable as of 2007 - it's been about 18 months since I properly studied this, but the tutors I had then were pretty dubious of it.
Once I've dug out some notes/refs I'll probably expand this a bit - certainly could do with a brief mention of circular oligopeptide structure prediction, which is pretty well establised, IIRC. Spidrak 18:40, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
