I really think this article needs a clean-up with references to sources. Many of the statements should be referenced, particularly around the controversy of O'Brien's return to New Zealand as Permanent Representative while on the Security Council. The reference to "Chardonnay O'Brien" is frankly unnecessary. (Randomkiwi 11:16, 4 July 2007 (UTC))
