I searched Flickr for photos of him under the Creative Commons license and the best that I was able to find was this one: http://www.flickr.com/photos/74426772@N00/397385578/
I took it into Photoshop and cropped the photo so he is the only one visible. A shot from one of his concerts would be best, but this should suffice until a better photo is found, or possibly until I take a photo myself. Either way, this will be better than the image file up now.
