Request reason: "I can understand why you block edits from anonymous users via a Tor proxy. But why on earth are you blocking my edits even if I'm logged in? This removes my anonymity to you, while still leaving it intact for traffic-watching third parties. Well, I guess this way you won't get many more contributions from me, because I'm not willing to give up my privacy (regarding traffic analysis from third parties) just for this project. Please also have a look at http://tor.eff.org/ for an explanation about what Tor is and does."

Decline reason: "Yes, we know perfectly well what TOR is. We have a huge problem with many people regularly creating multiple sockpuppet accounts to evade bans and push ideological agendas to falsely give the impression of popular support when trying to reach consensus in a dispute. Allowing the use of TOR interferes with our ability to perform a CheckUser in order to combat such abuse.
