Tensoba

Tensoba, or Tempura Soba is a dish of soba noodles and tempura served in a hot, dark broth made from dashi, soy sauce, and other ingredients. Soba and shrimp tempura is the most common version.

Cold soba noodles (zarusoba) served with tempura are called tenzaru.
