State Route 4 is a state highway in Shelby County, Tennessee, United States. It runs from downtown Memphis as E. H. Crump Boulevard until the beginning of Lamar Avenue (U.S. Highway 78). It runs southeast, overlain by U.S. 78, through the historic neighborhood of Orange Mound and the Oakville community to the Mississippi state line near the community of Capleville.
