Tender Wishes Foundation is a Canadian wish granting organization based out of Niagara Falls, Ontario. Tender Wishes has no paid staff, no government grants, no complicated organization and over 90% of all money raised goes to the children.

Tender Wishes Foundation was formed in 1986 in response to a family trying to grant a wish of a terminally ill child and has since granted wishes to hundreds of terminally ill children.
Tender Wishes grant wishes to children who meet the following criteria
- Between the ages of 2 and 18
- Live within the Niagara Region
- Diagnosed with a life threatening illnes
- Have not received a wish from any other wish organization
