TEMELSU was founded in 1969 by Mr. Yüksel Sezginer for contribution to water resources and transportation engineering.

Today the company TEMELSU has over 200 staff operational across the globe, working in engineering services. TEMELSU Headquarter is located at Ankara, Turkey and operates in its own building with an area of 5000 m².
