The Telvista Company began in May 1997 as CompUSA Call Center Services and was founded by Blake Wolff.[1]. In July 2001, the division was spun off from CompUSA to become Telvista. Wolff was named the first President and CEO and also served on the Board of Directors. Under his leadership, the company grew from a one-site contact center to six contact centers in two countries, totalling 4,000 workstations.
Today, the company maintains a network of contact center locations that are strategically located throughout the United States and Mexico. These locations include corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas, with contact centers located in Dallas, Texas, Odessa, Texas, and Danville, Virginia. Telvista also has contact center operations in Dallas, Texas and Mexico City, Mexico. The call centers provide customers throughout the United States and Latin America with reliable, high-quality bilingual inbound and outbound call services.

Also, recently in 2007 current CEO Higinio Sanchez Campoy was sued for $1 million USD by his wife Maria Carmen Fernandez Abin for both Physical and Emmotional abuse. Apparently this had been an ongoing situation in the CEO's household, but until his wife had to be rushed in to a local Tijuana hospital, she finally pressed formal charges which are in due process with the Tijuana DA's office.
